At Glyxthorthon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your comic book drawing course enrollment. This Return Policy outlines our refund process and policy for course purchases.
Refund Timeframes
If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your enrollment date. This 30-day period begins from the date of your initial course enrollment and payment confirmation.
For monthly subscription plans, refunds may be requested within 14 days of the subscription start date or renewal date. After this period, refunds for the current billing period are not available, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Refund requests received after the applicable refund period will not be processed unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined at our sole discretion.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Submit your refund request within the applicable refund timeframe specified above. Provide complete and accurate enrollment information, including your name, email address, and course details. Not have completed more than 25% of the course content, unless the refund is requested due to technical issues or service unavailability.
Have an account in good standing that has not violated our Terms of Use. Not have previously received a refund for the same course enrollment.
Refund Conditions
The following conditions apply to all refund requests:
Each course enrollment is eligible for only one refund request. Once a refund is processed for a course, you will not be eligible for another refund for the same course, even if you re-enroll in the future.
Upon approval of your refund request, your access to the course materials will be immediately terminated. You will no longer be able to access course content, videos, downloadable resources, or community forums associated with the course.
Any certificates of completion or progress records associated with the refunded course will be revoked and removed from your account.
If you have accessed less than 25% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund. If you have accessed 25% or more of the course content, refunds may be subject to a prorated calculation or may not be available, at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs
Our courses are delivered digitally through our online platform. Since we do not ship physical products, there are no return shipping costs associated with course refunds.
All course materials, including videos, documents, and resources, are provided through digital download or streaming. As such, there are no physical items to return, and refund processing does not involve any shipping or handling fees.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method without any deductions for shipping, handling, or return costs.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page or email us at business@glyxthorthon.world with your enrollment information. Include your name, email address, and the course you purchased. We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
Once you submit a refund request, we will:

Notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request via email. If approved, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email with details about the refund amount and expected processing time.
The entire refund process, from request submission to funds appearing in your account, typically takes 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
Courses that have been fully completed or where more than 75% of the content has been accessed, unless the refund is due to technical issues on our part.
Accounts that have violated our Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or been suspended or terminated.
Promotional or discounted course purchases may have specific refund terms that differ from our standard policy. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Course purchases made as gifts for other users are subject to the same refund policy, but the refund will be processed to the original purchaser's payment method.
Courses purchased through third-party platforms or partners may be subject to different refund policies determined by those platforms.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before course enrollment is confirmed and access is granted. If you cancel before enrollment is processed, you will receive a full refund.
Once course enrollment is confirmed and you have been granted access to course materials, cancellation is treated as a refund request and is subject to the refund terms and timeframes outlined in this policy.
For subscription-based courses, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless requested within the refund timeframe.
To cancel an order or subscription, contact us through our contact page or email us with your order details. We will confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund within 2-3 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount will equal the amount you paid, unless otherwise specified in this policy.

Course Access After Refund
Upon approval and processing of your refund, your access to the course materials will be immediately terminated. You will no longer be able to access course content, videos, downloadable resources, community forums, or any other course-related features.
We may retain your course progress and enrollment information for a reasonable period for record-keeping purposes, but you will not have access to course content or resources.
Subscription Cancellation
For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
Refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are generally not available, except for cancellations requested within the 14-day refund period from the subscription start or renewal date.
If you wish to cancel your subscription immediately and stop access, you may do so, but you will not be entitled to a refund for the current billing period unless you cancel within the refund timeframe.
